WBTV picked up the story about oral arguments being held at Wake Forest Law School. This law office participated in those arguments for the case of State v. Monroe. The case involved whether a defendant should have benefited from a jury instruction in which the jury could have applied self-defense principles to a Possession of a Firearm charge.
